Manitobah Mukluks provides no charge shipping to most areas of Canada and the US. Some areas of Canada and the US do not qualify for our no charge shipping service, You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.
International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time and 5-7 business days shipping time.

On overseas orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and other local importation charges. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time and 5-7 business days shipping time.
We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from the Manitobah Mukluks online store can be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase. On orders exceeding $50, Canadian and US* customers are eligible for free returns and exchanges.
*During high volume times of the year, there may be delays processing US and International returns due to mandatory customs clearance. Expect delays due to an increase in border traffic during the holidays.
International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Duties, taxes and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. If your package is sent to us 'collect', it will be refused and returned to you.
If you purchased your item from a second party or retail outlet, please contact them directly to determine what return options they provide. If you need to initiate a warranty claim due to a manufacturing defect, please email email@example.com with photos of the affected area and proof of purchase.
MANITOBAH MUKLUKS PRODUCT WARRANTY
Manitobah Mukluks prides itself on selling high quality products, it is in this spirit that we approach our craft and support our customers. All Manitobah Mukluks products are covered by a “Material and Manufacturing Defect Warranty” for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase with the original bill of sale from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear and/or products that were used outside their intended purpose.
If a product is found to be defective after inspection by a Manitobah warranty expert, we will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at our discretion. Issues related to our natural product limitations cannot be covered by this warranty. Please note that it is important for us to repair rather than replace whenever possible – this helps us to eliminate any unnecessary waste out of respect for the natural materials we use.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
DO YOUR NEW MUKLUKS OR MOCCASINS FIT SNUG? If so, perfect! The natural materials that we use will stretch and form to the shape of your foot in no time, creating a comfortable and completely custom fit made just for you.
When you contact us, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions allowing you to return your purchase to use, free of charge (Canada and US* customers only)
- Order number (beginning in "C" or "U")
- Which item(s) you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
- For exchanges please include the size, style and colour of your desired replacement item
- If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos
Once your return is received at our HQ, processing and inspection typically takes 3-5 business days to complete. During certain high-volume times of the year, processing times may be longer. Once completed, you will be notified via email.
*Orders from the US states of Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer and may be reimbursed at our discretion.
