Warm and definitely Waterproof!
I have really large calves (18 inches around) and these expanding mukluks fit perfectly. I have also been looking for some good waterproof winter boots for a long time because I feel like my feet always end up soggy after a good romp in the snow with my dog. But these held up in 4” deep snow after about an hour, and my feet were still so dry and warm! The only downside I would mention is that these are basically barefoot shoes, so if you have high arches or plantar fasciitis, these do not have any arch support and may hurt your feet. My feet do tend to cramp up if I wear them too long.
Got them fast.
I love them. They fit perfect!
I love love love them! It’s like wearing the warmest slippers ever! Highly recommend !
The best for snowy walks
I love taking long walks in the winter, but my old boots used to rub my heels until they bled — no matter what brand or size I wore. Since switching to Manitobah Mukluks, my feet are warm and comfortable with no blisters. I got the Keewatins at first and I still love them, but I found that when walking through more than a couple inches of snow (especially the lighter, more powdery kind), the snow kicked up by my steps would fall into the shaft. I got the Adjustable Snowy Owl mukluks for walks in deeper snow and they work beautifully. The adjustable shaft is important for me because I have very large calves that prevent me from wearing most boots above the ankle, and I'm able to wear these very comfortably.
ohmygod buy these boots
seriously, i’m almost sad that summer is coming because it means i won’t get to wear them for a while. i’ve worn them every day since i got them. they are magical. they make me feel magical.
