Free Standard Shipping On U.S. Orders Over $150

Manitobah provides no-charge shipping to most areas of the U.S. for orders over $150. Some exceptions apply. For orders under $150, standard shipping is a flat fee of $10. Some areas of the U.S. do not qualify for our no-charge shipping service, and a customer care representative will reach out via email or phone if you do not qualify.

All orders will be processed in 7-12 business days and usually arrive within 3-7 business days of being shipped. Orders may take up to 5-10 business days for processing due to increased traffic during the holiday season. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.

Express shipping can be purchased for $50. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped. Please be aware that P.O. boxes and remote areas may experience shipping times beyond the 1-2 days even with express shipping.

California residents: Please note that due to state law, we are prohibited from shipping any products containing genuine fur to California addresses. Faux fur products are still available to residents of California.

International Shipping

For overseas orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and any other local importation charges. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time and 5-7 business days shipping time.

We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and any other related charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
