needs a better return policy

it hurt to wear these for longer than 10 min while breaking them in, but now they are the most comfortable shoes i own!! i sped up the process by wearing 2 layers of socks with bunched up tissues around the sides of my toes to stretch it farther. I've been using moccasin style shoes as house slippers for years, so i figured it was time to get a legit pair that i dont have to replace every year. they are a bit of an investment but sooo so worth it -- you get to support indigenous artisans and its clear these are much higher quality. One thing that bothers me is that the return policy only accepts brand new shoes, but its difficult to tell whether theyre just stiff or they are the wrong size until youve worn them around for awhile. by the time you know for sure, you can no longer return them. i got lucky and mine fit perfectly fine but i can see this easily being an issue, especially with such a high price tag. overall, i cant wait to have these as my go-to shoes for years to come :)

Slippers

They were too small so I sent them back to you. To exchange for a bigger size. Hope to receive them soon. Thanks.

Fit smaller than expected - bought on sale so can't return

Not sure what to do with these. Normally this is my moccasin/sandal size but my toes are very crowded in these. They were bought on clearance so I can't return for a refund or exchange.
