Mittens/ wool

The mittens are of good quality and fit nicely, That is if you have 2 left hands. Practically impossible to return. Need forms you cant find for customs, company wont tell you where to look for them. Sent in pictures of mittens to prove they were both left handed mittens. and at almost $80.00 on clearance, i need my money returned to me. Not happy at all.

Return accepted but not follow up

I have emailed your company three times asking for the return label. You sent me a email saying that the return was accepted and I would receive a return label in 3-5 business days. This was back in December. I have still not received the label.

Good Gift

I now own 9 pairs of your Mukluks and have lost track of all Mukluk and mitten gifts I have given, yet I am not treated as a favored customer.
